Why use Smile Video:
1. This is our full time job - not a hobby for extra income making 'wobbly' and almost there' productions.
2. We are happy for you to come and view examples of our work at our studio.
3. Spare equipment is on hand in the unlikely event of breakdowns (it has only happened once! but we were prepared).
4. Expect a fully edited 'television quality' product; not a video where the camera seems to roll on, and on, and on .....but nothing much happens.
5. We turn up!

Terms
1. Deposit of £200 secures your booking once accepted. We will write and/or e-mail to confirm your booking is available. Payment of deposit also confirms your agreement to these terms.
2. Travel is charged extra at 50p per mile out and return to/from CM1 postcode for each camera operator.
3. Package times include a set number of hours we attend. extra time charged at £120 per hour or £150 per hour for times after 9pm. These prices include editing.
4. You will be sent an invoice for the full cost (less £200 deposit) once your DVD is completed. The DVD will be sent out once cleared payment of the balance has been made.
5. Where deposit is paid by card the balance due will be charged to the same card unless advised otherwise.
6. Smile Video retains copyright and no copying or reproduction is allowed other than by Smile Video.
7. The client must obtain any permissions required and pay any charges levied by the venues used for allowing video recording on their premises.
8. In the unlikely event of a videographic failure or cancellation by Smile Video all monies paid will be refunded with no further liability.
9. All editing will be at our discretion.
This package is also ideal for Parties - Christening - Retirement - Family Get-together.
